Disclosure of your information
You agree that we have the right to share your personal information with:
- Any member of our group, which means our subsidiaries, our ultimate holding company and its subsidiaries, as defined in section 1159 of the UK Companies Act 2006.

- Business partners, suppliers and sub-contractors for the performance of any contract we enter into with them or you;

Why we process your data (lawful bases)
When you engage J3 Debt Solutions Ltd, our lawful basis for processing your personal information is ‘contractual’. In some cases, we may also process information where we have a legitimate interest to do so, as explained in this Notice. If you share any special category data with us (such as information about your health or medical needs), we will only process this with your explicit consent.

- The right to access the personal data we hold about you. this is called a Subject Access Request (SAR). We will supply you with the information within one month from the requested date. In the first instant a request for information is free of charge. We may charge an administrative fee when a request is manifestly unfounded or repetitive in nature.
- The right to have your personal data rectified if any of your personal data held by us is inaccurate or incomplete.
- The right to be forgotten, i.e. the right to ask us to delete or otherwise dispose of any of your personal data that we hold. If you have entered into a formal debt solution then we may have a legal obligation to retain your data even if you request to invoke the right to be forgotten.
- The right to restrict (i.e. prevent) the processing of your personal data. If you have entered into a formal debt solution then we may have a legal obligation to continue to process your data.
- The right to object to us using your personal data for a particular purpose or purposes.
- The right to withdraw consent. This means that, if we are relying on your consent as the legal basis for using your personal data, you are free to withdraw that consent at any time.
- The right to data portability. This means that, if you have provided personal data to us directly, we are using it with your consent or for the performance of a contract, and that data is processed using automated means, you can ask us for a copy of that personal data to re-use with another service or business in many cases.

Data Retention
How long we keep your data for will depend on the service we provide for you:
- Where you have contacted us but have not entered a debt solution with our help 2 years.
- Where you have contacted us, and we have administered a debt solution for you, 6 years from the end of the solution.
Transfer of Information Outside of the UK
We may use third party firms to help us provide our services, such as initial vetting of enquiries, quality monitoring, scanning and customer service, some of whom may be located outside of the European Economic Area (EEA). Where we share your information outside of the EEA we will make sure that it is protected in the same way as if it was being used in the EEA to ensure appropriate safeguards are in place. This may include putting in place a contract with the business partner that means they must protect the personal data to the same standards as the EEA.
Where we store your personal data
All information you provide to us is stored on our secure servers. We will store the information we collect about you online in accordance with our data retention policy.for as long as we have an active business relationship. Data will be deleted in line with our data retention policy.
