Background:

J3 Debt Solutions Ltd was established in 2018 and is a firm of Insolvency Practitioners specialising in the provision of personal debt solutions in Scotland.  J3 has offices in Glasgow and Manchester city centres.

As a result of continued growth, J3 Debt Solutions is now recruiting for an Office Administrator to join our great team based in our busy and vibrant Glasgow office. The successful candidate will be joining at a time when we are very much anticipating continued further growth.

The Candidate:

We are seeking a self-motivated individual who has the ability work within a busy office environment. The candidate may have experience within a similar environment, however, it is not essential as full training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing and distributing internal mail;
• Scanning and electronic filing of case records;
• Printing of externally generated correspondence;
• Completing stationery orders;
• Inputting data to customer relationship management systems;
• Preparation of reports;
• Assist the Insolvency/DAS team with any duties as required;
• Undertaking of internal and external training to further advancement of career.

Key Requirements:

• Confident with Microsoft Office package;
• Polite telephone manner;
• Well organised;
• Good time management skills;
• Attention to detail;
• Shows initiative and willingness to assist a broader team;

Location: Glasgow City Centre

Salary: c£18,000

Hours:  Monday to Friday 09.00 – 17.00

Contract type: Permanent
